Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Eteamify a product of Nexiby LLC. We want all customers to have a great experience using our software.

01 General Refund Terms

Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase for customers who are not satisfied with the platform.

Refunds apply only to the first payment of a new subscription and not to future renewals.

02 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • × Subscription renewals or recurring payments
  • × Account was actively used for exporting data in large volume
  • × Try-and-refund behavior indicating refund abuse
  • × Cancellation requests submitted after the 30-day window
  • × Failure to cancel before renewal billing

Free trials and free plans are available for evaluation purposes.

03 Billing Cycle After Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically grant a refund for the current billing period.

Users retain access to paid features until the end of the already-paid cycle, unless they request earlier workspace closure.

04 Refund Process

To request a refund within the eligible period, the Workspace Owner must contact us at:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

05 Third-Party Payment Fees

If third-party processors such as Stripe apply non-refundable transaction fees, those fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

06 Service Downtime & Technical Issues

Temporary downtime or performance issues do not make accounts eligible for refunds, but our support team will prioritize resolution.

07 Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate workspace suspension
  • Permanent closure of the account depending on the situation

We encourage customers to reach out to us for help at any time.

08 Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy as needed. Continued use of Eteamify after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
