01 Agreement
By accessing or using Eteamify (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
02 Eligibility
You must be authorized by your organization to create or manage a workspace on Eteamify.
03 Account & Workspace Responsibility
- • The creator of a workspace is the Workspace Owner
- • Owners control access, permissions, and data
- • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure
We are not liable for data loss due to user negligence.
04 Subscription & Billing
- • Paid plans are billed via Stripe
- • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- • Price changes will be communicated in advance
05 Cancellation
Cancel anytime via dashboard or support. Cancellation stops future billing.
No automatic refunds for the current cycle.
06 Free Plan
Free plan features may change or be discontinued at our discretion.
07 Acceptable Use
You may not use Eteamify to:
- × Store illegal or harmful content
- × Attempt unauthorized access
- × Violate privacy rights
- × Distribute malware
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
08 Data Ownership
All data in your workspace belongs to the Workspace Owner. We only process and store it on your behalf.
09 Service Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but are not liable for interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eteamify and Nexiby LLC are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by user actions.
11 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security risks without prior notice.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
